"We may be head over heels right now for the fabulous women of Belles Sœurs: The Musical, but behind the emerald curtain we are excitedly preparing for all of our upcoming shows. Our casting is officially complete for The Apprenticeship of Duddy Kravitz! We have an incredible all-Canadian cast and I cannot wait to reveal the names.

Meanwhile, there is no need to wait to get in touch with your Stoppard side. Did you know that Travesties, by Tom Stoppard, is inspired by Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Ernest? Wilde's farcical gem is playing from October 21-November 8 at Canada's National Arts Centre in Ottawa. In keeping with the spirit of cross-cultural experiences, you need look no further than our own backyard to catch the French version, L'importance d'être constant, at the Théâtre du Nouveau Monde this November. Here are two great chances to enhance your Travesties experience, which makes its way to our stage this Spring. One would think that Stoppard's heroes Henry Carr and James Joyce planned the entire thing!"
